Pastor Cynthia has worked over 25 years in the nonprofit sector, with the Breese Youth Center, World Impact, Rescue Mission Alliance, Prison Fellowship, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and New City Parish Network of Churches in Inglewood, California.
She has held a variety of leadership roles in congregational settings, and ministry outreaches. She is affiliated with Lighthouse Church in Newbury Park, where she served on the Church Council, and led women’s ministry and Bible study small groups.
For the past 16 years, Pastor Cynthia has been employed with Joni and Friends International Disability Center in Agoura Hills, and has worked in various capacities. Presently, she is the Director of Spiritual Formation and Care.
Pastor Cynthia is a dynamic itinerate preacher and speaker who has inspired intergenerational, diverse audiences both domestic and international.
Her travels include visits to Prague, Czech Republic; London, England; Peru (Lima and Arequipa), Haiti (Port-au-Prince) and Guyana, where she provided missionary outreach and training in conjunction with various ministries.
Pastor Cynthia has taught devotion on the Mount of Olives in Israel, and has been a frequent guest on the Voice of Hope International Radio Program, Discoveries in Prayer; as well as radio broadcasts, television, videos, and podcasts with Joni Eareckson Tada, founder of Joni and Friends.
Pastor Cynthia is also the founder of Sinsau Ministries Inc., whose mission is to provide practical, spiritual, and educational mentorship for young men and women transitioning from foster care. Website: HERE.
